Terms of Use — Hasan'ın Ev Tasarımı

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hasan'ın Ev Tasarımı mobile application (the "App"), published by MTG Softworks ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is designed for users of all ages, including children. However:

Users under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction) should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to enable Child Safe Mode in the App's settings, which restricts advertisements and disables analytics data collection.
In-app purchases require authorization from the account holder associated with the device's app store.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part thereof
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
Exploit any bugs, glitches, or design flaws for competitive advantage or commercial gain
Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including but not limited to cosmetic items, premium furniture packs, ad removal, and gameplay enhancements. The following terms apply:

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All transactions are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play's policies.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add purchasable items at any time.
Purchased items are tied to your device and/or Google Play account and may not be transferred.
We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors. Parents and guardians should use device-level purchase restrictions to prevent unauthorized transactions.

6. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay as interstitial ads or as optional rewarded ads.
When Child Safe Mode is active, advertisements comply with child-directed treatment requirements and are limited to a "G" (General Audiences) content rating.
You may opt out of personalized advertising through the App's settings.
Ad-free experience is available through an in-app purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, character designs (including the character "Hasan"), user interface elements, animations, 3D models, music, sound effects, narration, text, and code, is the exclusive property of MTG Softworks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Hasan'ın Ev Tasarımı" name, the "Hasan" character, and the MTG Softworks name and logo are trademarks of MTG Softworks. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to share screenshots or game results. When sharing content generated by the App, you agree not to:

Misrepresent the content as your own original creation
Use shared content for commercial purposes without our written permission
Associate shared content with any defamatory, offensive, or illegal material

9. Game Data and Progress

Your game progress, settings, and related data are stored locally on your device. You acknowledge that:

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or storage clearing.
The App provides an export/import feature for backing up game data. We recommend using this feature periodically.
Game data is specific to your device and is not automatically synced across devices.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice
Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
Release updates that may change gameplay mechanics, features, or content

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTG Softworks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us through the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten (10) US dollars, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MTG Softworks and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MTG Softworks regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
