MTG Softworks ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Hasan'ın Ev Tasarımı (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device using your browser's or the device's local storage. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly opt in to analytics or use the export feature:
- Game Progress: Completed levels, scores, star ratings, and achievements.
- Game State: Current level, furniture placement, room dimensions, budgets, and inventory.
- User Preferences: Language, difficulty mode, sound/music/vibration/narration settings.
- Consent Preferences: Your choices regarding advertisements and analytics.
- Monetization State: Records of purchased items, rewarded action usage, and cosmetic preferences.
1.2 Analytics Data (Opt-In Only)
If you explicitly consent to analytics, the App may transmit a minimal set of anonymized operational events to our telemetry servers. These events include:
- Level start and completion events
- Successful reward, purchase, and interstitial completion events
- Consent preference save events
1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive to:
- Save and restore your game progress and preferences
- Process in-app purchases and deliver purchased content

- Improve the App's performance, stability, and user experience (when analytics consent is given)
- Diagnose technical issues and errors
3. Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy seriously. Our App is designed to support child-directed usage and applies safeguards by default:
- Ad requests are tagged as child-directed and under-age-of-consent with a maximum content rating of "G" (General Audiences), in compliance with Google's Families Policy
- Personalized ads and profiling are disabled
- Purchases and purchase restores run through Google Play Billing, and external links open through the relevant browser or platform flow
- Analytics remains optional and limited to minimal operational events
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Ads displayed in the App are subject to the following policies:
- Ads are configured as child-directed contextual ads and carry a maximum content rating of "G."
- Personalized advertising is disabled.
- You may purchase a "Remove Ads" entitlement through the App to remove level-break interstitial advertisements. Rewarded ads remain optional.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. All payment transactions are handled directly by Google Play; we do not collect, store, or process any payment card details or financial information.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing) that are integral to the App's functionality, as described in Section 1.3.
- Legal Obligations: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Protection of Rights: When necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of MTG Softworks, our users, or the public.
7. Data Retention
Locally stored game data persists on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage. Analytics data transmitted to our servers, if any, is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then permanently deleted.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information stored and transmitted by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Opt Out of Analytics: You can disable analytics at any time through the App's Settings.
- Delete Local Data: You can clear all App data through your device's application settings or by uninstalling the App.
- Export/Import Data: The App provides a data export feature that allows you to back up your game progress.
- Purchase Controls: In-app purchases and restores are handled through Google Play Billing and may be subject to Google Play account-level restrictions or approvals.
10. International Users
If you access the App from outside Turkey, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Turkey or other jurisdictions where our servers or third-party service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
